Sarah Dobbins created these images while working with an NGO in the Andean highlands of Peru. As part of a water sanitation program to aid in combating parasitic infection she was able to work in rural communidades outside of the town of Calca. These images are part of a larger photographic essay investigating the social, physical, and political issues relating to health in rural areas of Peru.
